1946 Gillette Milord Safety Razor W Case and Blades

1946 Gillette Milord Safety Razor W Case and Blades
RICHARDS RAZORS;  MAKE ME AN OFFER I CAN'T REFUSE!

This Vintage 1946 Gillette Milord is in very good condition, there are no
scratches, no dents, no loss of plating, although there is a slight rainbow
effect to the gold on the outside of the bombay doors.  This great razor is
over 60 years old and it looks to be almost as good as the day it was made.
The notched bar tells us it was made in 1946.  Included with this great
shaving kit is a NOS box of Gillette Blue Blades, unopened and still wrapped
in the original cellophane.

The Milord is basically a gold plated Gillette Ranger.  It's the 24k gold
plating that turns the Ranger into the Milord and what a difference it makes.
The Milord has Twist To Open doors (TTO) and they work perfectly. This razor
gives a very smooth shave, very mild indeed" this razor is not for someone
looking for an extremely aggressive shave.  The razor is 50g in weight and
80 mm total length.

The box is in very good condition, sound internally and externally it
looks good with only some small scuffs. The gold Gillette Milord
lettering on the lid is very visible.  This rare Vintage Gillette is in
remarkable condition.  The lightly knurled handle and shiny head are a joy
to behold. Please be sure to look at all the pictures as they are part of
the description.

expected as opposed to a NEW condition. If an item is in MINT condition I will say so. If an item
has any major issues - dents, deep marks, stains or heavy scratches etc. I will bring these to your
attention in my description.  All sales final.
